Estimation of measurement uncertainty in testing vehicles in terms of external and internal noise

Test procedures for vehicles in terms of external and internal noise are analyzed. Measurement equations are drawn, uncertainty budgets are composed, expressions for the estimation of the expanded measurement uncertainty are given.
