Neutral Energy Production in e+e- Annihilation

Recent resultsfrom SPEAR on inclusive Y and no production in e+eannihilation are presented.These results are inconsistent with expectations based on an earlier analysis of charged particle production in e+e-annihilation (assuming allpion production).A new analysis which incorporates production of heavy particles, resonances, and r's is presented which adequately describes the available charged and neutral data.
