As a new service model, crossover services have attracted wide attention from the industry and academia, and have the characteristics of diversified stakeholders, heterogeneous services and processes, which brings big challenges to the requirements modeling and analysis of crossover scenarios. Most of the traditional modeling methods focus on the functional and non-functional requirements, but pay less attention to the value propositions of stakeholders and value attributes of services, which leads to the failure of some crossover services. In this paper, a value meta-model is proposed to support the value modeling of crossover services. To evaluate the proposed method, a case study is presented to illustrate the usage of the proposed approach, and a controlled experiment is conducted to evaluate the usability of the proposed method. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed method.
