A new parametric mixture class of distributions on Z

In this paper we introduce, using the finite mixture distribution approach , a new class of discrete distributions with support belongs to Z, denoted by Parametric Mixture−Z class. Various mathematical properties of the new class are derived. Estimation procedure, under additional parametric assumption, is also assessed by a numerical study. Finally, a real data example is considered.
