DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks are easy to implement, difficult to prevent and difficult to track, resulting in widespread DDoS attacks, making them one of the most difficult network security problems to solve and bringing great harm to the network society. However, traditional defence methods suffer from low detection rate of attack detection and link congestion after the attack cannot handle legitimate user requests properly. Therefore, this paper proposes a remediation scheme based on a hybrid mechanism of detection and congestion avoidance defence by simulating a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack example in a local area network, which is experimentally verified to be effective.
