Abstract The cloud storage framework offers a pay-on-demand capacity model with low registration costs. Peer-to-peer distributed storage is an interesting application of blockchain as it provides a decentralized information storage space without the involvement of a Trusted Third Party or client-server engineering. Therefore, we propose blockchain-based decentralized engineering for a distributed storage framework based on Timely Ciphertext Strategy Feature-Based Encryption (TCP-ABE) with Distributed Hash Tables (DHT). In the proposed structure, the report's metadata would be stored on the blockchain, while the actual files would be distributed via his DHT under its uncommon domain name. Distributed information storage helps eliminate the most common information disappointments and power outages by improving information security, protection, and control. Additionally, it provides two important types of support to ensure the security element of the distributed storage framework. Introduce a decentralized access control system where the blockchain hub verifies the authenticity of joint accounts of clients and CP-ABE.
