Generally speaking, the weakest link in information technology security isn’t how the devices are configured or what solutions have been configured. The weakest link is the general office staff. The company can put hundreds of thousands of dollars into protecting the computing environment, but that is no match for Fred in customer service who finds a USB thumb drive on the ground in the parking lot and plugs it into their company computer to see what’s on it.
