Abstract: In this paper I am going to make research on the project speed detection by employing open CV and also called as the speed detection by employing open CV. In this research paper I am explaining that how the computer vision is going to find the pace of the object and deteting it the over speed if the vehicle crosses the speed limit that has been set.
