Spintronic In-Memory Computing In article number 2200028 by Guozhong Xing and co-workers, in-memory computing technology that promises to tackle the memory wall bottleneck in modern systems is presented. The developed magnetic domain wall devices demonstrate reliable multistates driven by synergistic spin-orbit torque and Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction, facilitating new applications of time and energy-efficient spintronic in-memory computing with a full adder implementation.
