In this chapter, an ontology for science fiction is modeled, considering the vocabulary of terms based on an extensive survey conducted by subjects who were either Generation Z or millennials. The chapter contains the relevant literature survey. It describes ontology modeling, its phases of conceptualization and implementation, and also ontology evaluation. The proposed ontology model is quite rich in its population of terms and is the only ontology that unifies science fiction in the Indian context to the vocabularies of the existing science fiction ontology. The modeled ontology is visualized using WebVOWL 1.1.7. The visualization results provide a comprehensive view of the ontology, along with all of the relations and subclasses in a graphical format. The chapter depicts the proposed Automatic Knowledge Acquisition approach of populating ontology terms. The proposed SciFiOnto is significantly efficient in Automatic Knowledge Base Generation using an expert contributed and verified seed domain ontology for a socio-technical domain like science fiction.
