Chapter 2 was submitted to the Journal of Discrete Event Dynamic Systems as a survey paper evaluating networked supervisory control based on various frameworks. The following is a list of the co-authors' contributions:• Prof. Su Rong came up with the main idea of producing a literature review of state-of-the-art frameworks for networked supervisory control, as well as the paper's structure.• Dr. Lin Liyong edited the section on comparisons between frameworks and made various suggestions about recent research activities.• Mr. Tai Ruochen was involved in the discussion and the proof of the finite reachability of communication channel model.Chapter 3 is published as a conference paper in the 59th Conference on Decision and Control, Nice, 2019.The contributions of the co-authors are shown as follows:• Associate Prof. Su Rong advised that I focus on untimed networked supervisory control without taking into account the communication channels' Non-FIFO feature.• Dr. Lin Liyong devised the notations required for the communication modeling technique.Chapter 4 has been submitted as a journal paper to Automatica and is now being accepted. The following is a list of the co-authors' contributions:• Associate Prof. Su Rong defined the structure of the paper.• Dr. Lin Liyong figured out the example and contributed to the proof of the main theorem.• Mr. Tai Ruochen was was a participant in the networked discrete-event system model discussion.Chapter 5 is intended to be
