Research on the Usability of Hospital Website Interface

The usability of the interface reflects the quality of the hospital website. A good interface can make people feel the pleasure of being served by medical services when they contact the hospital website. However, the hospital website interface is often criticised. As a preliminary stage to explore the usability of the hospital website interface, this research proposes future development suggestions for the subsequent construction of the hospital website through the operation of five tasks and subjective evaluation of interface functions. Studies have shown that a good interface should achieve the above four aspects: concise and intuitive screen presentation, reasonable location placement, orderly information blocks, and smooth operation routes.
