Rethinking law, rethinking regulation, and rethinking technology

This chapter starts by asking how we might 'rethink' Law, Regulation and Technology. It proposes a method for 'rethinking' that starts with a 'baseline' view (the view or understanding that is to be rethought) and then can relate, more particularly, to the 'field' of our interest or inquiry; or, to the way that we 'frame' our thinking within that field; or, to the particular 'focus' of our reflections. Following this approach, the chapter discusses how we might rethink, respectively, Law, Regulation, and Technology, before turning to the question of how we might rethink the relationship between Law, Regulation, and Technology.
