CONCEPT AND TYPES OF COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS IN THE INFORMATION AND DIGITAL SPACE

The article analyzes the concept of copyright infringement in the digital information space. It proposes its own definition of the category "civil offense" in order to consolidate it in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The features of the composition of copyright infringement in relation to the information-digital space are highlighted. A classification of copyright infringements is proposed. In order to reduce copyright infringements in the digital information space, it is necessary to provide at the legislative level a system of optional registration of copyright by introducing a deposit procedure into civil legislation.
