Testing application of SPN technology in power communication systems

During the period of “The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”, higher requirements have been put forward for the comprehensive support and guarantee capabilities of the communications profession. Slicing Packet Network technology has the technical characteristics of ultra-broadband, ultra-low latency, flexible slicing and centralized control. This paper proposes to use the new Slicing Packet Network technology to solve the problem of the development of power communication network. In order to verify the adaptability of the Slicing Packet Network technology in the power communication system, the service carrying capacity, protection capacity and slice isolation capacity are tested, focusing on the relay protection service. After fullscenario and full-service testing and comparison, Slicing Packet Network is more in line with the development of power communication network compared with the traditional technical system.
