Community communication based on rating calculated by rough set

The communication in complex network is discussed in this work. The communication process sets community as a unit. The information exchange among the communities is the main work. Rough set is used to define the performance evaluation parameter. Connectedness of the network is also considered. Then, strict contribute value, relaxed contribute value, and boundary contribute value are proposed, which can help accomplish the aim of community rating. Finally, the algorithm of community communication evaluated by rough set and neighborhood is given to accomplish complete communication process and data updating.
