Structural Learning of Graphical Models within the field of Bioinformatics has gained a large attraction recently. The shortage of the literature and available software for learning and integrating multi -omics data into a single chain graph, makes them a rather unpopular approach. Chain Graph’s power lies in its versatility in modeling the relations, as well as its characteristics especially in the case of dealing with multi -omics data
