Design and Implementation of Reading System Based on Improved Personalized Recommendation Hybrid Algorithm

In the paper, a personalized recommendation precision reading system based on an improved personalized recommendation hybrid algorithm is developed. The server side develops and selects the mature lightweight framework Spring Boot, and the client side develops and uses Html5 and Apache Cordova framework to meet the needs of mobile terminal devices of different operating systems. The results show that the improved algorithm can improve the accuracy and stability of reading recommendation.
