Multi-terminal software implementation of online big data platform for high-skilled personnel training in Hubei Province from the perspective of artificial intelligence industry upgrading is studied in the paper. Artificial intelligence technology has brought about the intelligence, automation and intelligence of production, and a large number of the manual workers have been replaced by intelligent machines, which requires a large number of high-quality compound technical skills in artificial intelligence. The application software of the monitoring terminal is the key to then realize the monitoring function. The application program of the monitoring terminal includes modules such as input/output control, data processing and display, and general communication with the host compute and then, with the integration of these models, this paper proposes the novel perspectives. Through the experimental analysis, the results are demonstrated.
