As the demand for remote user research increased since the COVID-19 outbreak, the need for “contactless” remote user survey tools became emphasized and utilization of such tools has been accordingly accelerated. When conducting a contactless remote user test, it is necessary to compensate for each weakness by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data. However, while studies on quantitative user behavior data analysis are focused, visualizing user web behavior pattern data are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we propose a web usage pattern visualization tool that is simply analyzes quantitative and qualitative data together. By deriving the functions to be provided by the remote usability evaluation tool, three prototypes used in the UT evaluation stage and three prototypes used in the UT analysis stage were proposed. Afterward, improvement of each prototype was derived through expert evaluation and the prototype was supplemented. This study has the expected effect of presenting a direction to view both quantitative analysis data and qualitative data in the stage of analyzing usability tests. However, there is a limitation in that the user test wasn’t conducted using the proposed prototype. So additional research should be conducted in the future, and the service needs to be improved based on the user test.
