A Novel Power Curve Alignment Method for CPA

Correlation power analysis (CPA) needs neater power curve, while power curve collected by oscilloscope is unaligned, therefore, the alignment of power curve is necessary. The paper propose a method of correlation coarse alignment combined with local fine alignment. Power curve aligned by the method can increase correlation coefficient of key point leaking in CPA. Extensive experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of this work.
