SZ compression algorithm and comparative test

The main code is the SZ_comparison_test.m file and the input data is in the data file. Other codes are functions, which are needed when running the main code. The code is mainly divided into three parts: SZ compression algorithm processing part, Adaptive-HGFDR compression algorithm processing part, and comparison part. the first part 1. Input data and store data from different dimensions. 2 Get three .dat files, and perform SZ compression on the three files (the compression settings are written in the code). 3. Then decompress, get three .dat files, read the data through matlab. 4.The error slices in different dimensions are obtained through processing. the second part 1. Input data and compress it with Adaptive-HGFDR. 2. The error slices in different dimensions are obtained through processing. the third part Compare their slicing errors and show them in graphs.
