The market for locks is huge, and we are presenting one such product, password-authenticated door access using Bluetooth. The entire project is presented in a readable and understandable manner. The door is operated by a microcontroller to which a Bluetooth module is connected. We need to connect our mobile phone to the Bluetooth module and enter the correct password for opening the door. HC-05 is the most common Bluetooth module used in building IoT projects or prototypes. In the previous project, a detailed explanation is provided regarding the usage of libraries in Arduino IDE. While uploading the code to Arduino Uno from the PC, it is already connected to the HC-05 Bluetooth module over its default UART interface. To upload code to Arduino Uno, we need to disconnect the Rx and Tx pins connected to the HC-05 Bluetooth module so that the code from the PC can be transferred.
