D2.5. Deployment of the final, refined version of the cloud infrastructure

The objective of this report is to show in practical terms the deployment of PRIMAGE (PRedictive In-silico Multiscale Analytics to support cancer personalized diaGnosis and prognosis) applications and services on top of a hybrid cloud offering. This document covers a final version of the cloud infrastructure deployed for the PRIMAGE project that addresses a set of fundamental and mandatory requirements needed for the implementation of the Batch, High Throughput Computing (HTC) and Interactive applications in the PRIMAGE project context. The document comprises the procedures that a user should follow to grant access to the storage and computing resources and to build and run applications on the PRIMAGE Cloud infrastructure. Also, the document provides the URLs for the repositories of software, documentation, configuration descriptions and binaries, as well as the key services of the final version of the PRIMAGE platform.
