Optimization of an automatic control system using a directional search

This research is dedicated to automatic control system optimization using a directional search procedure. Simulation was conducted in MATLAB by using frequency response and the theory of random processes. When we know a value of noise power, we can tell the standard deviation of the controlled variable which is necessary to determine if system’s accuracy is good.
