QCA is a development in nanotechnology that could be used to implement computing architecture at the nanoscale. In a QCA cell, The interaction of the switching cells controls the flow of information. Using QCA, numerous logical circuits are designed that consumes significantly lesser power comparatively. This article presents the design of a novel XOR game further employed in designing the half adder circuit using QCA. The new gate reduces the XOR gate cell count to 34 and the area to 0.03µm2. Additionally, the cell count for half adder is reduced to 38 and the area to 0.05µm2.
