Digital transformation is a high-level transformation based on digital conversion and digital upgrading, which further touches the company’s core business and aims to build a new business model. Digital transformation is the use of new, fast and constantly changing digital technologies to solve traditional problems. In the era of digital transformation, many enterprises are facing the problems of slow delivery of business requirements, long release cycle, many software quality defects and high risk of manual deployment. This paper introduces a DevOps yundao platform, which can provide one-stop DevOps service for enterprises, cover the whole life cycle of application development, open up the end-to-end whole process of enterprise application from demand design development test online to software delivery, ensure that the application life cycle is manageable, controllable and credible, and improve the efficiency and quality of application delivery. The practice results show that the use of the DevOps yundao platform can make the enterprise respond to the demand quickly, steadily improve the system operation ability, shorten the system development cycle and greatly shorten the time of fault resolution; It can not only serve the cloud transformation of enterprise IT system, but also help the digital transformation of enterprises.
