The progress of technology has greatly benefitted Health care. The Health care business is being fundamentally transformed by technology-based innovative solutions, methods, applications, and systems. Previously, a doctor's choice was only based on his or her expertise, field awareness, laboratories findings, diagnostics, and symptoms of effected persons. Having technological advancements in Health care, decision-making will become more advanced and wise. With the introduction of Internet of Things (IoT) based Health care solutions, patient care and routine monitoring have dramatically improved at a reasonable cost. There are many IoT-based Health care devices that generate large chunks of information then send it to clouds to be analysed then shared amongst remaining participants. Computing with Cloud serves as main resources for these gadgets, allowing them in gathering, analysing, and sharing information or results amongst entire parties involved. Information is growing as days passed by, owing to amount of people using IoT-dependent Health care equipment grows by the day. On the cloud, frequency of latency, concerns for security, and analysed data quality got reduced due to outcome of huge amount of information. To solve these cloud computing limitations, a novel example known as FOG computing has emerged. It behaves as a bridge between cloud servers and detectors. This collects information out of variety of nearest detectors, studies information, and returns results to cloud servers, detectors, and remaining native related gadgets. Implementing these computer infrastructure at a local level lowers costs as well as improves excellence of real-time studies and alerts. It also increases the data's security due to its local processing. Concerned research suggests a framework for fog computing that gets implemented amongst sensors of IoT and clouds for managing healthcare information.
