As we know that at the heart of Internet of Things (IoT) and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN), is a communication between multiple sensor modules with a central node. These systems are employed in a various project like smart home automation, smart grid, smart lighting, etc. Connected multiple sensors requires long battery life with low power consumption and transfer of data should be real time. Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE) uses only three advertising channels which will reduce connection time (approx. <6mS) for devices to interconnect with each other, this will lead to lower power consumption. Main drawback of using BLE technology is lower throughput for multiple connections. We have gone thoroughly with different research papers and analyzed that throughput of a link depends on different parameters like number of devices connected to master node, scheduling of process at a master node and environment under which link is present. In this paper, we proposed a scheme by which we have increased throughput of multi-link scenario by scheduling process at a master node. We have used Round Robin (RR) scheduling algorithm to achieve the desired throughput. This algorithm has helped in achieving minimum throughput requirement on each BLE link.
