Two-stage program procedure generation from problem statements using the Seq2Seq combination

For class exercises on programming, university students are provided only with problem statements; the source code is rarely given. Therefore, it is difficult to generate procedural descriptions for the study of algorithms. In this study, we target a university class for beginners' programming and generate a description of the algorithm directly from the problem statement.
