The arise of mobility in the area of mobile wireless sensor networks (MWSNs) becomes a trending attribute in this high-tech environment. The mobile nature of nodes enhances the application area of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). A lot of variant challenges that affect the performance of the networks like dynamic topology, time delays, reliability, data loss etc. Mobility introduces new challenges to conventional static WSNs architecture. One of the major constraint which affects the MWSNs network performance is reliability and stability. It has lot many scope to work. This article presents a comprehensive theory of reliability which has been developed in recent years. Also the outlines of MWSNs features, characteristics and recent development has been discussed. The existing methods are analyzed, also their merits and demerits are presented with future scopes.
