Network Management System (NMS), a system that acts as an eraly warning system must have maintained performance so that the condition of the monitored equipment can be monitored according to the actual condition on the field. The decrease in NMS performacen results in a decrease in device surveillance. NMS optimization needs to be done so that all Network Elements of the Microwave Radio network are monitored even there is a link down.
