Regression Testing of Mobile Apps

Because mobile applications, or apps, are becoming essential in our personal lives and at work, and mobile applications update frequently, it is important that developers perform regression testing to ensure their quality. In this paper we adapt the FSMWeb approach for selective regression testing for mobile applications. We apply rules to classify the original set of tests into obsolete, retestable, and reusable tests based on the types of changes to the model. New tests are added to cover portions the App that have not been tested.
