Organizations utilizing cloud-computing services and models have a competitive edge to their counterparts. Different cloud service & deployment models and strategies have been developed in due course of time with the growing demand. This alarming development leads to few challenges as well like security issues, compliance, cost, expertise, performance and managing multiple clouds and its migration. Cloud computing models are discussed and its challenges are bifurcated into two broad categories technical and managerial aspects.
