It is our great pleasure to welcome everyone to the IEEE 27th International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (IEEE ICPADS) been held in Beijing on December 14-16, 2021. Since it was established in 1992, ICPADS has been a major international forum to bring together scientists and engineers from all over the world to discuss the advances and share new ideas in parallel and distributed system technologies. We are greatly honored to serve as the General Chair of the conference.
