Differential Harnack estimate of solutions to a class of semilinear parabolic equation

In this paper, we obtain a differential Harnack estimate for a semilinear parabolic equation using parabolic maxinum principle. As applications of this estimate, we derive blow-up of solutions for this equation and a classical Harnack inequality by integrating along space-time paths.
