In this book chapter, the decentralized and secured applications of block-chain in the biomedical domain have been discussed to offer visibility and privacy to the biomedical domain. After extensive review of recent work, it has been explained how the blockchain features can be used in biomedical filed. The results show the proposed decentralized electronic-medical block-chain (DEMB) based system and its feature. Also, its future applications, challenges and solutions are presented.
