Blockchain networks have two main scenarios; the first one is about nodes join the network, and the other one is about the mining process inside that network which is also known as consensus algorithm; which is used in blockchain strategy before adding the new block to the network’s nodes. Those algorithms help in agree of network for one particular block, to be added to the network. Those algorithms are the solution to decentralized systems, where there is no trust on the network; we call this Byzantine Generals Problem (PG). There are multiple types of consensus algorithms, choosing the best one depends on the transmission type and data transferred. This proposed a hybrid algorithm that manages the decentralized network starting from joining the network as a new node till adding a new authorized block to the blockchain of network nodes. The hybrid algorithm built on the basis of tournament consensus algorithm (TCA) for node join to the network, on proof of work (PoW) for mining process, on Proof of Luck to assign priority for specific types of blocks, and on Chain Perfect Hashing (CPH), this algorithm should take advantage from good features of that basis and try to reduce the bad features.
