Components and model of implementation of a hand gesture recognition system

The paper describes the components of a hand gesture recognition system. The model of program implementation is described. An overview of the most commonly used SDK“s - Intel RealSense and OpenCV. The aim is to assist the beginner programmer in design and implementation a program using this new type of user interaction.
