A blockchain is a data set that is divided among the hubs of a computer network. A blockchain stores data electronically in an advanced architecture as a data set. Blockchains are well-known for their critical role in digital money frameworks, like Bitcoin, in maintaining a secure and decentralized record of transactions. The benefit of a blockchain is that it protects the integrity and security of a record of information while also generating confidence without the need for a trusted third party. The blockchain is a creative idea that has opened the door to new applications for dealing with a variety of difficulties in a distributed environment. The InterPlanetary File Framework (A distributed hypermedia convention) and Ethereum for blockchain convention for application back end are used in this paper to plan a blockchain-based document capacity application. The planned IPFS stores metadata for records on the blockchain while the actual contents are stored off-chain via Ethereum at various locations via a shared network of IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) Checking Agents. The IPFS will gain decentralized capacity, distributed handling, and sophisticated query capabilities as a result of this.
