Integrated Metasystem for Fourier Optics and Machine Learning

We demonstrate the integrated metasystem on the silicon photonics platform. The integrated metasurface can tailor the phase and the amplitude of the transmitted light. Fourier transform can be achieved by an integrated metalens, and more complex applications such as analog computing and image classification can be achieved by metasystem with multiple layers of metasurfaces.
