Fault Analysis of a 110kV Oil Immersed Current Transformer

In view of an explosion accident of 110 kV oil immersed current transformer, the current transformer was disassembled, inspected and restored, and the explosion accident caused by the disconnection of the grounding of the end screen of the current transformer was confirmed. Therefore, the corresponding treatment and preventive measures are put forward to provide technical reference for equipment manufacturers, maintenance and operation and maintenance personnel to analyze and deal with the defects of oil immersed current transformer.
