Nowadays, the information technology field is full of wireless approaches due to the spectral efficiency; likewise, in Cognitive Radio Network (CRN), spectral sensing method brings a wide interest. Besides, it has been affected by some serious problems like spectrum allocation, spectrum sharing, packet forwarding, etc. Multi-Input Multi-Output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) is introduced to provide the network more flexibility. However, the key issues are spectral efficiency and Bit-error-rate (BER). Hence, the aim of this paper is to indicate the CRN performance using novel approaches. Here a novel, Decision Wolf-based Optimized Spectrum Sharing (DWbSS) is developed and implemented in OFDM channel to improve the spectrum efficiency. MATLAB platform has been used to implement work. Primary User (PU), Best Effort User (BEU) and Secondary User (SU) have been identified by the wolf fitness parameter. Subsequently, the performance of presented method is validated in terms of spectral efficiency and BER.
