Cooperative communication networks have attracted much attention in the recent years. Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access [OFDMA] uses slow symbol rate with parallel communication. In multi-relay cooperative network the carrier and timing synchronization determines the efficiency of the system, is achieved by estimating Multiple Timing Offsets (MTOs) with channel parameter. In multi-relay cooperative network, Decode and Forward (DF) used to overcome the drawback of Amplify and Forward (AF) relay. The performance is improved in multi-relay cooperative network by estimation of MTOs and channel parameters using decode and forward (DF) with Maximum Ratio Combiner (MRC) is proposed. This estimation process is solely based on improving the efficiency at low to mid-SNR region. Simulation results prove that proposed method achieves better performance than the existing AF system by getting improved efficiency in the low to mid SNR region, where the SNR generally lies between mid to high region.
