Decision-making under Extremely Uncertain Environments Based on Intuitionistic Evidence Set

Intuitionistic evidence set (IES) combines Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (D-S theory) and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers to model the extremely uncertain environments. How to make a reasonable decision under extremely uncertain environments is an open issue in data mining. To settle the problem, a new decision method based on IES is proposed, which utilizes the fuzziness to handle the discord and non-specificity in belief functions. After verification, the proposed method is superior to D-S theory when the data set is few-shot.
