The prediction of medication interactions is a critical task. Drug-drug interaction (DDI) pose major consequences on human lives. When the interaction is unknown, the unfavorable consequence might lead to death. Predicting all DDI is a challenging task since it consumes more time. Health care providers and caregivers may be unaware of all possible medication interactions. Many studies have been conducted in order to accurately estimate the DDI. Drug banks serve as an important function in supplying the drug information. The utilization of drug banks can predict the unfavorable impact of using two or more pharmaceuticals together and avoid the bad response produced by DDI.
