Datasheet

In general, manufacturers share technical information in two documents, the characteristic sheet or datasheet and the document describing the architecture and software operation. The datasheet is destined for the electronics technician and gives the electrical, time and mechanical specifications of the component. The electrical specifications include supply voltage, power consumption, power supply profiles, and energy consumption. The microprocessor, when powered up, is in an undetermined state. When the supply voltage has become stable and it is within a range permitted by the electrical characteristics, it is necessary to initialize the microprocessor so that its state is known. The initialization of the microprocessor is done by a time-calibrated pulse applied to a dedicated microprocessor pin which triggers the execution of the associated initialization routine. An electronic chip can be mounted on a printed circuit without a package. This technology is called chip on board. The welded chip is protected by a resin coating.
