Uganda targets vote fraud with registration system

Uganda is rolling out its new voter registration system, which uses fingerprint biometrics to cut down on fraud. The country's Electoral Commission expects that the new system will be used to add 3.5 million voters to the electoral roll in a one-month period starting in early May.
