Facebook, Apple and Microsoft hit by Java exploit at watering hole

Cyber-criminals have breached defences at Facebook, Apple and Microsoft in a ‘watering hole’ attack. They successfully installed malware on the Apple Mac computers of employees of the three companies by exploiting zero-day Java flaws.
