Simplifying biometrics

While good progress is being made with biometrics as a technology, acceptance in the broader sense is still not meeting expectations. There are many reasons for this state of affairs, but one common problem seems to be the high level of misunderstanding between vendors and end users. Proposals for a new jargon-busting methodology called Bantam could help remedy the situation.
